BLIND MEDITATION AND SOUND

When you use this technique it allows the third eye to wake up. Its a trick to engage the pineal gland and turn on your natural chemicals. Allow no light to be seen cover your eyes completely. Once this is done open your eyes underneath the blind fold. Allow at least ten minutes for hormones to activate. You will start to see geometric shapes and colors. Most importantly this is like exercise for the pineal and pituitary glands. This will help you to remember your operating system.
